History

Established in 1998, Aydın Tava Ciğer (Aydın Fried Liver) has provided high quality service to its customers and has become a trademark not only with fried liver but also with its variety of other products. 

The economic competition for Fried Liver has long been a tool for Aydın Tava Ciğer, which has always been forward looking and critical minded to distinguish itself from others and provide the best level of service and food presentation to its customers.

Aydın Ciğer has always been customer oriented and never compromised on quality,constantly aiming to gain customer trust.  

Aydın Ciğer first met with customers in theirfirst branch at Tahmis Meydanı. Later, at the same place they opened their second branch. The third has been opened in Margi Outlet shopping center. 

Aydın Ciğer has taken another step in institutionalising and has founded their meat cutting facility in order to meet food safety, food hygiene, better service and higher quality requirements.
